It is primarily used to treat alcoholic fatty liver disease, alcohol intoxication (disturbance in mental function or behavior during or after alcohol consumption). METADOXINE works by preventing the liver from harmful chemical substances. It enhances the elimination of alcohol from blood and tissues, which leads to faster recovery from alcohol intoxication, hence preventing liver damage.

Directions for Use

METADOXINE is an oral medication that needs to be taken by mouth. Swallow the whole tablet with a glass of water daily at the same time for effective results. Take METADOXINE with or without food as suggested by the doctor. Use METADOXINE only when prescribed by a doctor. Always take METADOXINE exactly as your doctor told you.
